Collection: Software

Our IR Flash Professional Thermal Imaging Software is geared towards the professional thermographer who requires a full suite of analysis tools for research, process control, flare monitoring, etc. The core technology used in ICI software is the latest in thermal imaging, with control functionality built-in. This ensures versatility for any and all process monitoring and control applications.

Use the built-in IR Calculator to determine the theoretical effects of emissivity, reflection, and transmission on radiometric temperature values. Zoom in or out on images. Users can manually capture images for view a continuous stream. I

Image display controls fine-tune the way the images are presented on screen with automatic gain control, center and span controls. Image touch-ups are also available for enhancing images. IR Flash allows for complete control over the color palette for viewing black and white IR images in color scale. Users can even average multiple images from the camera into a single image.

Generate regions of interest within or on your image data by marking and configuring them. There are a total of 48 possible zone settings. Users can plot the temperature data over time for any/all of the zones placed on the image while maintaining the ability to adjust radiometric controls for each zone individually.

Export data within zones in Excel, CSV, Raw data formats. Alarms configuration for each zone allows you to set up the system for continuously monitoring. Alarms are triggered if any of the zones average temperature value exceed the temperature threshold specified.

Specifications Applications • Processor: i5 or above • RAM: 4 GB or above • OS: Windows 8/8.1/10 • Hard Drive: 256 GB or abo

Note:

There is no limitation from IRFP, but there could be a limitation from the computer hardware. You need a fast computer with multiple USB buses to communicate with Boson and 8640. Only the Pro software supports the Multicam feature of IRFP, regardless of the camera models. But both cameras will still be connected. The user will have to use the Switch camera button in IRFP to toggle between the two cameras.
