Product Information

AT34™

The ALL-TEST PRO 34™ (AT34™) is a deenergized motor circuit analysis instrument designed to quickly and accurately diagnose motor health, minimize downtime, and optimize maintenance resources. Using patented technologies like Test Value Static™ (TVS™) and Dynamic Stator and Rotor Signatures™, the AT34™ goes beyond conventional testing to detect subtle electrical faults before they cause failure.

Built for technicians working in the field or shop, the AT34™ evaluates all major motor components—including windings, rotors, leads, and connections. Unlike vibration or infrared testing, the MCA method detects internal electrical issues without requiring the motor to be energized or turned, making it safer and more reliable in high-risk environments.

With the ability to test motors from up to 1,000 feet away through the starter or drive, the AT34™ enables fast route-based testing or post-repair acceptance checks. Results are instantly displayed on-screen and can be saved and analyzed via included PC software for historical tracking and trend analysis.

Housed in a durable hard case and backed by intuitive software, the AT34™ helps companies cut unplanned downtime, reduce maintenance costs, and protect critical assets with predictive maintenance workflows.

Rapid Motor Testing Without Power

The AT34™ evaluates stators, rotors, and cables in under 3 minutes without applying power. It enables predictive diagnostics for AC motors without the risk of energization.

Patented Analysis for Reliable Fault Detection

TVS™ delivers a unique 3-phase fingerprint to track rotor and winding health over time, while Dynamic Signatures™ provide an instant snapshot of rotor and stator integrity in squirrel-cage motors.

Evaluate Motors from a Distance

With remote testing capabilities up to 1,000 feet away, the AT34™ lets technicians evaluate motors behind starters or in hard-to-access areas—all without disassembly.

Field-Ready and Easy to Use

This rugged, portable device includes Kelvin leads, PC software, and clear on-screen guidance—making it ideal for in-shop evaluations, commissioning, or final motor acceptance tests.
