ATPOL III™

The ALL-TEST PRO On-Line III™ (ATPOL III™) is a portable, energized motor and power analysis instrument that combines Electrical Signature Analysis (ESA) and advanced power quality diagnostics in one lightweight, technician-ready package. It is the most comprehensive energized motor health assessment tool available today, engineered for predictive maintenance professionals who need precise diagnostics for AC/DC motors, generators, and transformers.

In less than 60 seconds, the ATPOL III™ evaluates the electrical and mechanical condition of stators, rotors, air gaps, and driven components such as belts, gears, and impellers. Its built-in software intelligence automatically calculates frequency, speed, pole pass frequency, and evaluates incoming power for harmonic distortion, sag/swell events, and transient anomalies. It also estimates system efficiency and logs power consumption over time.

Designed for both safety and convenience, the ATPOL III™ supports Bluetooth® wireless data collection, enabling technicians to perform tests from a safe distance—ideal for high-voltage or remote-mounted assets, including submersible pumps. The included Test Plan Manager supports route-based testing, allowing for asset comparison over time and quick issue trending.
