The FLIR A50 is a compact thermal imaging camera designed for industrial automation applications such as condition monitoring and early fire detection. It features a 464 x 348 pixel uncooled microbolometer detector with a thermal sensitivity of less than 35 mK, enabling precise temperature measurements ranging from -20°C to 1000°C with an accuracy of ±2°C or ±2%. The A50 supports GigE Vision and GenICam protocols for seamless integration into existing systems, offering real-time radiometric image streaming over Gigabit Ethernet. Optional features include Wi-Fi connectivity and an integrated visual camera with MSX® (Multi-Spectral Dynamic Imaging) enhancement. Available with lens options of 29°, 51°, or 95° fields of view, the A50 can be tailored to specific monitoring requirements. Its rugged design, measuring 107 x 67 x 57 mm and weighing approximately 519 grams, is IP66-rated to withstand harsh industrial environments. The camera operates within a temperature range of -20°C to 50°C, making it suitable for various challenging conditions.
