​The FLIR A615 is a high-resolution thermal imaging camera designed for industrial automation, quality assurance, and process control applications. It features a 640 × 480 pixel uncooled microbolometer sensor, delivering detailed thermal images that facilitate precise temperature measurements. With a thermal sensitivity of less than 50 millikelvins (mK) at 30°C, the A615 can detect minute temperature differences, enhancing its effectiveness in monitoring and inspection tasks. The camera operates within a spectral range of 7.5–14 μm and offers multiple lens options, including 15°, 25°, 45°, 7°, and 80° fields of view, providing flexibility to adapt to various application requirements. It supports a wide object temperature range from -20°C to +2000°C, depending on the specific measurement mode, and maintains an accuracy of ±2°C or ±2% of reading, ensuring reliable data for critical processes.
